AISIN Malaysia “Fix it Right” initiative – live demo interaction with retailer & workshop

The best teaching is a live demonstration. This is what “Fix it Right” achieved in Malaysia. There was a need to demonstrate standard vehicle servicing procedures, to minimize damages to parts and vehicles to maximize longevity, as online materials (including videos and reading manuals could only do so much.

In a show-and-tell session conducted on site in customer’s facility premises, AISIN Malaysia showed the importance of doing flushing of automatic transmission fluids (ATF), and also demonstrated how to check when to change ATF by recognizing colour differences, with some help from AISIN’s very own ATF checker tool. In that session, AISIN also introduced AISIN company profile and range of products to both retailer and workshop. It was also a golden opportunity to interact and collect feedback.

Understanding the market and on-ground situation is key in AISIN’s customer-first philosophy, and AISIN Malaysia lived it out with this initiative at a local retailer and workshop in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. Beyond just providing services to distributor, AISIN Malaysia went the extra mile to do it for customer’s customer’s, benefitting the value chain as a whole for a win-win outcome.
