AISIN Malaysia (AAMY), in collaboration with TSA Enterprise Sdn. Bhd., recently hosted a strategic meeting with ASIT in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The session brought together key technical, to align on initiatives aimed at further strengthening the quality of AISIN’s aftermarket product range.
The discussions focused on continuous improvement in product design, material specifications, and performance standards to ensure AISIN aftermarket parts consistently meet OE-level expectations. Emphasis was also placed on enhancing durability, reliability, and compatibility across a wide range of vehicle applications.
This collaboration reflects AISIN’s ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, dependable aftermarket solutions, while leveraging global expertise and technical partnerships to better support customers and market needs.
Mr. Tabuchi, Mr. Wang Junwei, and Mr. Gao Lu from ASIT visited the warehouse at TSA Enterprise Sdn. Bhd., accompanied by Ms. Esther New, Business Development and Marketing Manager. The visit aimed to assess current inventory and identify opportunities for product improvements to better align with evolving market requirements.
With the continuous development of the Malaysian automotive industry, sustained communication and strategic alignment between AAMY and ASIT are critical to staying responsive to market needs and driving effective adaptation.
During the meeting between AAMY and ASIT, both parties successfully identified several key areas to strengthen market competitiveness, including inventory optimization, consistency in product and technical information, and further enhancement of product quality.
In addition, the discussion highlighted opportunities to streamline communication processes and improve alignment across teams to better support market demands. These insights will serve as a foundation for continuous improvement initiatives moving forward.
Notably, both parties have also agreed to initiate a new B2B project, which is scheduled for implementation in the near future. This project is expected to further enhance collaboration, improve operational efficiency, and deliver greater value to business partners and customers.
