AISIN Malaysia successfully concluded its three-day roadshow held at Jalan Perhentian, Ipoh, Perak, from 10 July to 12 July 2026, welcoming customers from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM each day. The roadshow was organised as part of AISIN Malaysia’s continuous commitment to supporting our loyal customers while strengthening relationships with workshops, retailers and automotive enthusiasts.
Prior to the roadshow, AISIN Malaysia conducted a Pre-Roadshow Product Training for the counter staff. The training aimed to enhance their product knowledge, strengthen their understanding of AISIN’s quality and technology, and equip them with the confidence to communicate product benefits more effectively to customers during the event.
The training received overwhelmingly positive feedback from the participating staff, who found the session informative, practical and beneficial in their daily interactions with customers. With improved product knowledge and greater confidence, the counter staff were able to provide more professional recommendations and answer customers’ enquiries with ease.
This preparation played a significant role in the success of the roadshow. Enhanced communication between the counter staff and customers created a more engaging experience, allowing visitors to better understand the value and reliability of AISIN products. Throughout the three-day event, the roadshow attracted a strong crowd and received an encouraging response from customers.
To thank customers for their continuous support, AISIN Malaysia also prepared a variety of exciting prizes and giveaways, adding more excitement to the event and creating memorable experiences for all participants.
