Aisin Group* including Aisin Seiki Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kariya City, Aichi, President: Kiyotaka Ise) will jointly exhibit at the Shanghai Motor Show 2019, to be held in Shanghai (National Exhibition and Convention Center), China from April 18 to 25.
At this exhibition, Aisin Group will present products for electrified vehicles, such as an electric water pump for engine cooling, which improves fuel efficiency through efficient heat management, and a cooperative regenerative brake system, which is available in two types (bi-wire type and ESC modulator type) according to the car model or needs of customers.
To demonstrate the technologies that contribute to the realization of automated driving, Aisin Group will also exhibit products that support Vehicle Dynamics Control, such as an active steering system, electronically controlled brake, and high-performance ESC (electronic stability control) modulator, as well as products using sensing technologies such as driver monitoring systems and peripheral monitoring systems.
Moreover, Aisin Group, as a comprehensive auto parts supplier that covers almost all vehicle components, will present “i-mobility Type-T”, a concept car equipped with a broad range of Aisin Group products.
Aisin Group will continue to advance research and development for new technologies demanded by its users and also endeavor to further strengthen its competitiveness in China.
This year, BluE Nexus, a company established by Aisin Group jointly with DENSO Corporation (Head Office: Kariya, Aichi, President & CEO: Koji Arima, hereinafter, “DENSO”), will also exhibit within the booths of DENSO and the Aisin Group. BluE Nexus, DENSO, and Aisin Group will hold a joint press conference, while exhibiting its driving modules for electric vehicles.
